After we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the current status of your order, click on the tracking number.

If you have received a wrong order, contact us directly with your order number and the product you received. One of our customer service agents will get in touch with you to help you receive the right item.

Orders placed are generally processed within one business day. On domestic orders, standard shipping may take 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders with expedited shipping typically arrive within two business days, and orders with overnight shipping arrive within one business day. After shipment, international orders take between 5-15 business days.

Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. Our warehouse generally sends out orders on the same day of purchase or within a business day, and once your order is being processed, we cannot cancel it.

• Chemicals in cosmetics can dull the shine and damage the coating.

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or a zip-lock bag.
• Avoid keeping them together to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Use anti-tarnish paper or silica gel in your jewelry box.

• Wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after every use to remove sweat and dirt.
• Avoid using water or harsh cleaning agents.

• Put on your imitation jewelry after you’re fully dressed and have applied makeup and perfume.
• Remove the jewelry first when undressing.

• Don’t throw your jewelry into drawers or bags. Handle it gently, especially if it has delicate stones or embellishments.
