Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Accepted Reasons:
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Wrong item received
    • Item not as described
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged)
    • Used or worn jewelry
    • Items on sale or bought with discount codes (unless damaged)
  • Return Conditions:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
    • A clear unboxing video is required for any damaged or incorrect item claims.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, to your original payment method.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded.
  • For COD orders, a bank transfer will be initiated after confirmation.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you received the wrong or defective item, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Return Shipping

  • In case of defective/damaged/wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Mention your Order ID, the reason for return, and attach the unboxing video/photos.
  3. Our team will get back within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

After the product is examined, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the product’s condition. free return are offered on domestic shipping only.

Suppose you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a full refund. Nearly all refunds are processed the day they are received.

Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order. To return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund*, the following conditions apply:

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund.

Our team endeavors to process refunds as quickly as possible, and most refunds are processed on the same day they are received. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. We will let you know by email when your refund has been issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account.
